Note:  the PerfHist-TC-MIB in RFC 2493 contains three TEXTUAL-CONVENTIONs
       (TCs) but no object definitions.  For purposes of advancement to
       Draft Standard, each TC is deemed to have two independent
       implementations if there are two independent implementations of an
       IETF MIB module that uses that uses that TC in an object definition.
       Two of the three TCs (PerfCurrentCount and PerfIntervalCount) are
       used in the SONET-MIB (RFC 2558), and all three TCs are used in
       the DS1-MIB (RFC 2495) and the DS3-MIB (RFC 2496).  The information
       here reflects five vendor implementation reports for the SONET-MIB
       (Cisco, Nortel, Marconi, Corrigent, and Unisphere) and two vendor
       implementation reports covering both the DS1-MIB and the DS3-MIB
       (Accelerated and RAD).
