Protocol (IPXCP)  as a Draft Standard. 

This document is the product of the Point-to-Point Protocol Extensions 
Working Group.

There are many independend, interoperable implementations (demonstrated 
at several PPP bakeoffs) including US Robotics, Klos Technologies, 
Shiva, Cisco IBM, Novell, Xylogics, Microsoft, RAD, Livingstone, 
Ascend, Lantronix, DPI, Telebit, MultiTech, and DEC.
